Return & Warranty Policy

ASE Seminars LLC

1) General Terms / Scope

This policy covers non-defective returns (change of mind) and defective or incorrect items (our error or product fault).

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.

To request an RMA, email support@aseseminars.com with your order number, item(s), and reason.

2) Non-Defective Returns (“Change of Mind”)

Eligibility / Condition

  • No returns of opened, used, or altered items.
  • Only unopened, sealed items in original packaging (seals intact) are eligible.

Return Timeframe

  • Must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery. After 7 days, all sales are final for non-defective items.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customer pays all return shipping costs (use a trackable, insured method).

Restocking / Handling Fee

  • 10% restocking fee (capped at $20.00) + Stripe transaction fee deducted from the refund.

Refund Amount & Method

  • Refund = item price – restocking fee and Stripe transaction fee. (Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.)
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

3) Defective / Incorrect Items (Our Error or Product Fault)

What Qualifies

  • Wrong item shipped, missing parts, damage in transit, or product defects covered under warranty.

Reporting & Timeframe

  • Inspect your order on arrival and report damage, missing, or incorrect items within 72 hours of delivery.
  • For manufacturing defects that arise later, contact us for review per the product’s warranty terms.

Return Shipping & Label

  • For verified defective or incorrect items, ASE Seminars LLC will email you a prepaid return shipping label to print and use. You will not incur return shipping charges.

Refund / Replacement

  • Choose a full refund (no restocking fee) or a replacement.
  • If the error is ours, original outbound shipping may also be refunded.
  • Items must pass inspection to confirm defect or error; misuse or non-defect conditions may be denied or handled under standard return terms.

4) Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale, Non-Returnable, Clearance, or Special Order.
  • Consumables, perishable goods, software, digital products, and any item with a broken safety seal.
  • Items with safety or tampering risks (e.g., certain sterile or medical-use products) as indicated per product.

5) Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellation requests may be made within 10 minutes of purchase, before processing begins.
  • Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation requests are handled as returns under this policy.

6) Inspection & Approval

  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
  • If opened, used, damaged, or missing parts, we may deny the return or return the item to you at your expense.
  • Approved refunds are processed after inspection confirms compliance.
