On-demand content is added to your account immediately upon purchase. You can access the videos in ‘My Account’. 

Digitial manuals can be found in ‘Downloads’ in ‘My Account’ or above the videos under ‘Materials’.

Hardcopy manuals (EXSTORE+ and Elite Practitioner packages) will be provided at the in-person seminar you attend as part of the package. 

All mentorship community memberships start the day the plan is purchased. No refunds.

Online exstore and soft tissue courses with lifetime access are included in all plans. Courses are added to the account on date of purchase. 

Attendance to the in-person seminar must be within the same year; please make sure you can attend the upcoming seminar. Clinical apprenticeship offered in Dr. Lombardi’s clinic at least once per year and is limited to 6. Please confirm your intention to attend.
