8 Weeks to Practice on Purpose
You’ve got amazing skills — ASE Seminars gave you those. Now’s the time to make sure your practice is running to reflect the new you.
Ask yourself:
- Are you using what you learned?
- Are your patients following your treatment plans?
Are you practicing the way you want — and charging what you’re worth? - Do your systems support ease, consistency, and growth?
If any of that feels off, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to stay stuck.
Practice on Purpose is a self-paced mentorship you can complete in 8 weeks or less. It helps you build the systems, clarity, and confidence to lead your practice like you mean it — and finally show up at your highest level.
Led by Josh Swart, founder of ASE Seminars, this mentorship bridges the gap between clinical training and building a practice that actually works. With a background in acupuncture, EXSTORE, pelvic floor training, and years of experience developing courses and supporting practitioners, Josh brings a no-fluff, action-first approach to getting your messaging, systems, and strategy in alignment — so you can grow your ideal practice without the overwhelm.
Program Summary
Practice on Purpose (POP) is a hybrid coaching program designed exclusively for acupuncturists who have completed ASE Seminars’ EXSTORE™ or Pelvic Floor courses and want to translate those skills into thriving, profitable practices.
Many practitioners leave seminars inspired but unsure how to apply what they’ve learned to their business and practice flow. POP bridges that gap by combining self-paced video modules, weekly action-based goals, and live group coaching to help participants implement real, lasting change.
This program helps practitioners clarify their niche, refine their messaging, streamline clinic operations, and adopt growth-focused habits that align with their professional and personal goals. Through structured weekly tasks—from photo shoots and patient testimonials to marketing systems and networking—participants gain both clarity and accountability while building confidence in their ability to attract, treat, and retain more patients.
POP empowers practitioners to move from uncertainty and burnout to running a focused, efficient, and fulfilling practice — a successful practice built on purpose.

Questions?
Is this mentorship only for ASE-trained practitioners?
Yes. You must have completed either the Exstore or Pelvic Floor course to join. This is for practitioners ready to build — not just learn.
I’ve been in practice for years. Will this still help me?
Yes. This mentorship is especially helpful if your current practice model isn’t working the way it used to — or you’re shifting toward Exstore, Pelvic Floor, or a more specialized, refined approach.
I’m just getting started. Am I too new?
Not at all — in fact, this is a great time to get your systems, messaging, and foundation set up properly before you build habits that don’t serve you.
Can I join if I’m still figuring out my ideal patient or niche?
Yes — that’s exactly what we work on in Week 1. Most practitioners don’t need more certifications — they need clarity and confidence around who they serve and why. This is designed to help you find that.
What if I’m not tech-savvy?
You don’t need to be. We give you simple tools, tutorials, and templates — and if you decide you want a new website, Brittany Leeworthy handles the build (this is an add-on service. You can find out more in the meetings or by emailing support@aseseminars.com).
What kind of results can I expect?
If you complete all the tasks, you’ll leave with:
- Clear and confident messaging
- Google reviews + video testimonials
- A clear vision of what you want in your practice
- Systems for patient flow, follow-ups, reactivations, and events
- A strategy for practice growth — not just more ideas
What kind of time commitment should I expect?
This mentorship is designed to simplify, not overwhelm. Expect 90 minutes total for the live group call each week, plus 1–2 hours per week for implementation. Most tasks are action-focused — like reaching out for reviews, writing your bio, or uploading testimonials.
What happens if I fall behind?
You’re expected to show up and do the work — but life happens. The structure of the program is designed to keep you on track with weekly calls and a post-program follow-up. But it is a hybrid program and you can go at your own pace. The only difference is the tasks and goals will be done on your time.
Do I have to do the website right away?
No! And in fact, this is very helpful as you decide what you want for a website. Plus, if you decide you want to outsource the website, you can always add that on with a website from Brittany.
What if I already have a website I kind of like?
Good! But ask yourself: Is it doing anything for you? If your website isn’t converting, doesn’t reflect your current work, or confuses your patients, this program will help you either rebuild it or refine it so it actually works.
Still Unsure?
You’ve Learned the Skills. Now Lead the Practice.
Your clinic won’t grow just because you’re good at what you do.
This mentorship helps you take everything you’ve learned at ASE — and make it visible, valuable, and aligned with how you work best.
